Cards, invoices and the backup card
Update your card, add a backup card and download invoices.

Update your card
Open Billing & plans and replace your payment card. If a payment fails you'll see Your last payment failed and we'll retry over the following days and email you each time.
Backup card
Press Add backup card, enter the card and press Save backup card. If your main card is ever declined, we try the backup card straight away so nothing is interrupted. You need a main card first.
Invoices
Every payment appears under Invoices with the date, number and amount. Press Download invoice for a PDF. UK invoices show VAT at 20%.
Your organisation name, address and VAT number on invoices come from Settings › Organisation.
