Find your way around TenderLock
A quick tour of the menu, the Buyer/Vendor switch, notifications and the Assistant.

The side menu
- Dashboard: live tenders, deadlines and what needs your attention.
- Inbox: emails, texts and calls with your contacts.
- My tasks: reviews, approvals, scoring, clarifications and call follow-ups waiting for you.
- Suppliers and Buyers: your shared contact book.
- Run a tender: Create tender, Clarifications, Submissions and Evaluations.
- Manage: All tenders, Templates and Reporting.
Press Collapse at the bottom of the menu to shrink it to icons.
Buyer and Vendor mode
The Buyer / Vendor switch at the top of every page changes what you see. In Vendor mode the menu shows Your bids, My submissions and Clarifications for tenders you have been invited to.
Notifications and the Assistant
- The bell shows new notifications. Press View all to see the full list.
- Assistant opens the AI side panel. It can answer questions about your tenders and about how TenderLock works, but it never changes anything for you.
Your account menu
Click your name at the bottom left for My profile, Settings, Billing & plans, Help & support, switching between accounts and Sign out.
Light and dark mode
Use the sun, screen and moon buttons at the top to choose light, dark or match your device.
