Turn on multi-factor authentication
Protect your account with an authenticator app and backup codes.

Set it up
- Open My profile › Security.
- Add a device. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy) and scan the QR code. Can't scan? Enter the key shown.
- Type the 6-digit code and press Confirm.
- Save your backup codes now. Each one works once if you lose your devices, and they won't be shown again.
You can add more than one device, so a spare phone or tablet can get you back in.
Lost your device?
Sign in with a backup code, then Remove the lost device and add a new one. Reset MFA removes every device and backup code. If you're completely locked out, ask your account owner to reset your MFA from Settings › Team, or contact support.
