Call minutes and automatic top-up
How minutes are counted and how to make sure calls never stop.

Included minutes
Business includes 250 minutes a month and Professional 1,000. Your usage this month shows in Settings › Phone & SMS.
Buy extra minutes
Extra minutes are 5p a minute (excluding VAT). In Settings › Phone & SMS, under Add call minutes, choose how many and press Buy minutes, then Pay and add minutes. Your saved card is charged straight away. Extra minutes are used after your plan's monthly minutes and last until the end of the calendar month.
Automatic top-up
Under Minute top-ups, owners and super admins choose:
- Manual: calls stop when the month's minutes run out until someone buys more.
- Automatic: set When minutes left drop below, Top up by and an optional Monthly limit on automatic top-ups, then press Save. Minutes are added straight away so calls never stop.
