Set up calling and SMS

Plans

Calling and SMS are included from Business (1 number and 250 minutes a month). Professional includes up to 5 numbers and 1,000 minutes.

1. Business verification

UK rules require us to confirm who is using each number. In Settings › Phone & SMS, the account owner fills in the business details once:

1. Use Find your company at Companies House to fill in your name, number and address.
2. Add your name, mobile, work email and business address (not a PO box).
3. Press Submit for approval.

Mobile numbers can be ready straight away. Landlines are usually approved within 1 to 3 working days, and you'll get a notification.

2. Get a number

Press + Get a calling number. Each person can have their own number for calling and receiving calls. Extra numbers are £5 a month each.
