Blue Team and Red Team review

Two groups check a tender before it goes out: one strengthens it, one stress-tests it.

Updated 7 October 2026

What they do

  • The Blue Team builds and strengthens the tender and fills in what is missing.
  • The Red Team stress-tests it and picks fault, the way a sharp supplier or an auditor would.

Both must sign off before publishing. If no people are assigned, the AI runs the review on its own ("AI only").

Work through findings

Each finding shows the evidence, why it matters and a suggested fix. You can:

  • Apply the suggested change (edit it first if you like),
  • Reject it,
  • or under More actions: Defer, Resolved another way, Accept risk, assign it to a person or Send for specialist review.

Press Re-check changes and the Blue Team confirms each applied fix.

Readiness score

The Blue Team score starts at 100 and drops for each finding that is still open, deferred or rejected. A Critical finding must be resolved before approval. The Red Team shows Ready, Needs attention (a Medium is open) or Not ready (a High is open).

Credits

A Blue Team or Red Team run uses 10 credits.

Review rules by value (Enterprise)
