Declare a conflict of interest
Every evaluator confirms they have no conflict before they score.
Updated 7 October 2026
Before you score
When you open a tender to evaluate, TenderLock lists the bidders and asks you to choose:
- I have no conflict of interest with any of these bidders, or
- I have a conflict to declare. You won't be able to score this tender.
Press Confirm declaration. Your answer is recorded in the audit trail.
What counts as a conflict
A financial interest, a close personal or family relationship, recent employment, or anything else that could stop you scoring fairly.
