Accept or decline, read the documents and get ready to bid. Always free.

Open the invitation
Click the link in the invitation email. If you are new to TenderLock, create a free account with the email the invitation was sent to. If you already have an account, sign in.
Tell the buyer if you'll bid
On the tender, answer Will you be bidding?
- Accept invitation lets the buyer know you intend to bid.
- Decline tells them you won't. You can change your mind before the deadline.
Find all your tenders
Switch to Vendor mode at the top of the page and open My submissions to see every tender you've been invited to, where your bid stands and what's due next.
Invited suppliers never pay to respond.
